Shipping Information
We will ship Worldwide. We accept paypal for international orders & Credit Cards for U.S. & Canadian Customers.
We offer free shipping for any order over $125 for U.S. Customers, $200 for Canadian & does not apply for all other International customers. We will be more than willing to offer discounts on International Shipping depending on the weight etc. (I.e. Pockets w/out inserts are very cheap to ship and we will be happy to knock some or all of your shipping off if you make a large purchase however an order of prefolds or inserts is very heavy and we would not be able to knock all the shipping off.)
FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT AND WILL NOT APPLY TO ANY DETERGENT PURCHASES OVER 3LBS. PLEASE EMAIL US FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE.
We charge exact shipping for Pins & Snappis if you find that the store seems to charge you too much either email us for a quote or let it process and we will refund you for any overage. We only charge exact shipping.
We strive to ship within 24-48 hours however some items we sell ship directly from the manufacturer therefore we have no way to control the shipping time.
We will notify you directly if shipping is to take more then 3-5 business days. If you do not receive a notice advising you of delayed shipping rest assured your order is going out with our normal 24-48 hour shipping time.
If when checking out it says the item is being drop shipped this means either the item is being drop shipped, or is out of stock. Please allow extra time for delivery.

Payment Types
We accept the following payment types from US Customers: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, E-Check, Check, Money Order, Cash, and we will accept paypal and RME (revolution money exchange) upon special request for orders over $50.00. NOTE: Orders paid by check will not be fullfilled for 10 days as your check must clear first.
Please note that any transaction returned to us for insufficient funds will result in a $35.00 Charge. We have never had to enforce this rule and we hope we never do.
For International Customers we accept paypal and all credit cards however our merchant provider does not allow credit cards to process from all areas so if your credit card is declined it is probably not you but the processor please use paypal in its place.

Returns & Exchanges
We will accept any diaper or accessory item new condition, unused/unwashed within 30 days. We cannot accept worn or washed diapers as this is a health code violation for our state.
Please call or email for a return approval number so that we can process your return swiftly & efficiently. You may receive store credit or an even exchange. We only offer cash refunds in the cases of errors.
We do not allow cancellation of orders so please make sure you are ready to order when you check out. We do not offer cash refunds for any reason other then our error.
Damaged diapers can be returned within 30-60 days depending on the manufactuers warranty. However many manufacturers have warranties please check with us or the manufacturer for warranty information.
Skin care products cannot be returned as they are final sales due to health codes. If there is problem with your product please email or call us as we want our clients to be 100% happy and we will work hard to do so.
Slings- We understand that its hard to judge sizing with slings and if you find yours does not fit effectively please call us/email us for an easy return. However keep in mind when you try it on- please do not wash, please do not wear heavy perfume, and make sure baby's diaper is clean as if there is damage to the sling we will not accept it for return and we will not provide a refund.
Lastly- Please note on ALL returns and exchanges we will not refund original shipping. If the return is due to our error or damaged product we will handle all return shipping etc and shipping for the replacement product. However, if you are returning due to any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping.
Please note- by purchasing your items from our store you are releasing Luving Mamma Diapers, LLC and all related individuals and entities of any blame or responsibility related to use of your item and any reaction they may cause.
